Remedy HR was formed by Sonia Rai and Lucy Bennett in 2009.
The company is a LLP and was born out of the realisation that a need existed for businesses of all sizes but especially SMEs, to gain reliable and good value HR advice and services with a view to long term success rather than quick fixes.
The economic climate has changed significantly over the last year and as a consequence more and more businesses are looking to HR professionals to advise them on how best to streamline their practices in order to weather the economic storm. Some smaller businesses don’t have an HR resource available to them and so Remedy HR aims to offer practical advice, taking into account the specific needs of the organisation, whatever the size, and their restrictions.
Being a small business themselves, Sonia and Lucy understand the challenges facing many of their clients.
Both consultants are fully Chartered Members of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) with Honours Degrees and Postgraduate Qualifications in HR and European Business and have over 12 years experience within the Human Resources field.
Sonia and Lucy have worked within a number of sectors and varying sized companies including public and private organisations such as The NHS, Accenture, Carillion Plc, Ford Motor Company, Jaguar Cars ltd, National Debt Line and Nationwide to name but a few.
